#CMT# #/CMT# Skin cleaning and/or care article (I), such as swab for removing make-up, made of hydrophilic cotton fibers to apply liquid products on the skin, comprises extra dense external area, where the liquid products are contained in microcapsules that are arranged primarily on one side of the external area intended for contacting with the skin. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is included for the preparation of (I) comprising: forming an external layer of the article by a hydrophilic absorbent fiber sheet; thickening an area of the external layer; and depositing liquid products that form a skin cleaning and/or care composition, on the area of microcapsules. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# (I) is useful as a swab for removing make-up (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# (I) avoids excessive consumption of products, ensures better controlled release of the products on the skin and avoids an undesirable distribution of the products to the inside of the basic support. #CMT#ORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Components: (I) comprises >=2 extra dense external areas arranged respectively on each side of a double-sided fibrous support. (I) has a weight of 40-300, preferably 70-250 g/m 2>. The extra dense external areas are constituted of hydrophilic cotton fibers and are formed by hydrobonding or calendaring of a fibrous support. The extra dense external areas have visual differentiation to distinguish other external areas that do not contain microcapsules. The extra dense external areas have a hollow marking and/or a relief-marking pattern. The extra dense external areas are colored or have a colored pattern. The microcapsules are colored and are arranged in the form of clusters on the surface of the extra dense external areas. The liquid products contained in the microcapsules are vitamins, perfumes, deodorants, make-up removers, moisturizers, sunscreen and after sun product, anti-insects, mosquito repellent, baby care product or water. The microcapsules contain a mixture of two liquid products, preferably a mixture of vitamin and perfume. (I) contains at least two types of microcapsules, such as a first type containing vitamin A and a second type containing perfume. The microcapsules contain water that is able to react with the products present in the dry state in (I) or added later to form a skin cleaning and/or care composition. (I) contains a first type of microcapsules containing first liquid product and second type of microcapsules containing second liquid product, where the first and second liquid products react with each other to form a skin cleaning and/or care composition. Preferred Process: The deposition of microcapsules is done without adding a fixing binder. The deposition of the microcapsules takes place when the fiber sheet has a temperature of 10-160[deg]C, preferably 15-80[deg]C. The fiber sheet is mainly made of hydrophilic cotton fibers. The technology implemented for depositing the microcapsules is printing, spraying, coating, open bath or padding.
