<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic throttle arrangement structure in a vehicle, configured to prevent a drive motor from protruding, while improving the lateral weight balance of a vehicle body, and to improve cooling performance of the drive motor. <P>SOLUTION: An air suction path 71 extends backward from a cylinder part 41 of an engine 6, is arranged along a side of a rear main frame 23, and is arranged offset to one side in a vehicle width direction relative to the vehicle center C1. A drive motor 75 for driving a throttle valve 72 for opening and closing the air suction path 71 is arranged offset to one side in the vehicle width direction relative to the vehicle center C1, where the air suction path 71 is offset.
