A spacer arranged in an annular space between a rotor (5) and
a stator (30) for supporting a roller (45) reversing a winding direction of a flat cable (3) is made of plastic having high lubricating properties. First guide portions (55) are provided on an annular plate portion (51) to be spaced by equal intervals from each other. The first guide portion (55) includes an inner guide rib (56) having a semicircle cross section projecting inward, an outer guide rib (57) having a semicircle cross section projecting outward, and a tension wall (58) connecting the inner guide rib (56) and the outer guide rib (57). A second guide portion (60, 60a, 60b) is provided between the first guide portions (55), and includes three parallel plate ribs (61, 61a, 61b, 61c) extending from an inner peripheral side to an outer peripheral side of the annular plate portion, and circumferential connecting walls connecting the three parallel plate ribs. Lightening holes (59, 68) are provided between the inner guide rib (56) and the outer guide rib (57) and in an outer peripheral side section from the second guide portion. The route of the flat cable is regulated by the first and second guide portions, and the buckling of the flat cable is suppressed by a reduction in sliding resistance by high lubricating properties and light weight of the spacer. |
