<p>An alignment method for a liquid crystal display panel comprises the following steps: preparing an array substrate (10), the upper surface of the array substrate (10) being provided with a plurality of contact points (13) along the side edge; preparing a color filter substrate (20), the area of the upper surface of the color filter substrate (20) being smaller than the area of the upper surface of the array substrate (10); and superimposing the color filter substrate (20) on the array substrate (10), the plurality of contact points (13) of the array substrate (10) being exposed out of the color filter substrate (20). When the liquid crystal alignment operation is carried out, a cutting procedure can be saved by the present invention, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced.</p> |
