<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor that can reduce power consumption while suppressing decrease in the sensible speed of a user with respect to the operation of a resource even when an application created by a third party is used. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor 100 is a device having a resource 200 that consumes power according to its operation speed, and comprises: an influence degree determining unit 300 that determines an influence degree that is the degree of an influence of the operation speed of the resource 200 on the sensible speed of a user with respect to the operation of the resource 200; and an operation speed control unit 400 that makes the operation speed of the resource 200 lower as the influence degree is lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
