<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminator capable of illuminating a photographing area, as in an image sensor, with less power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The illuminator comprises: a galvano mirror 4 configured to reflect a light beam emitted from a light source 1 relative to a light source 2 for emitting a light beam and a photographing area A of a CCD camera 11 and to secondary scan the reflected light beam; and a synchronous control part 6 configured to synchronize a period of time that the photographing area A is scanned by the galvano mirror 4 with the image capturing timing of an image capturing part 12, which captures image data of the CCD camera 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
