<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing thick polyolefin-based resin laminated foam with small contractility of foam after extrusion foaming and excellent dimension stability, and nonnecessity of long-time curing. <P>SOLUTION: A surface layer forming molten resin 5 using a polyolefin-based resin 2 as base material resin is laminated on an outer peripheral surface of a foaming core layer forming molten resin 9 made by kneading a polyolefin-based resin 6 and butane 8 to extrude together. The entire thickness of the laminated foam 1 is 30 mm or thicker, apparent density of a foaming core layer is 18-90 kg/m<SP POS="POST">3</SP>, and the laminated foam 1 is composed of the foaming core layer and a surface layer. The surface layer forming molten resin 5 is blended with at least 0.5 pts.mass of shrinkproof agent 3 composed of fatty acid ester, aliphatic amine or fatty acid amide with respect to 100 pts.mass of polyolefin-based resin of the molten resin. The foaming core layer forming molten resin 9 is blended with a shrinkproof agent 7 at a ratio smaller than a blend ratio of the shrinkproof agent 3 into the surface layer forming molten resin 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
