PURPOSE: An ion jet apparatus for manufacturing nonwoven fabric and a method thereof are provided to cause the repulsive force among fibers by charging the surface of the fibers with the same electric charge, and to control the space between fibers due to the repulsive force by generating and emitting high concentrated air ion jet in a fiber spinning process or a cold drawing process for manufacturing nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing nonwoven fabric through the fiber spinning includes: a source supplying part which supplies fiber raw materials; an extrusion part which is connected to the source supplying part, fuses and extrudes the supplied raw materials; a metering pump for extruding the melting solution of the raw materials transferred from the extrusion part, at a fixed flow rate; a spinning unit for fiberizing the melting solution of the raw materials transferred from the metering pump; a first ion emitting part(610) for ionizing the air supplied from outside and emitting the ions around the fibers spun from the spinning unit; a cold drawing unit(500) where cooling and extension of the fibers spun from the spinning unit occur at the same time; a second ion emitting part for ionizing the cold drawing air supplied to the cold drawing unit and emits the ions around the fibers passing through the cold drawing unit; a nonwoven shaping part where the fibers passed through the cold drawing unit are collected and formed as a nonwoven fabric; a nonwoven fabric junction for welding the nonwoven fabric transferred from the nonwoven shaping part; and a winding unit for winding the nonwoven fabric passed through the nonwoven fabric junction to the roll form and developing as products.
