PURPOSE: A water cooling type white smoke removing apparatus of an underground air exhausting facility is provided to prevent white smoke generated from an exhaust duct in winter. CONSTITUTION: A water cooling type white smoke removing apparatus includes an exhaust duct(10), an internal heat exchanger(20), an external heat exchanger(30), a descending pipe(40), and ascending pipe(50). The exhaust duct exhausts air through an underground air purifying unit to the ground. Anti-freezing solution circulating pipes are arranged in the outlet of the exhaust duct to form the internal heat exchanger in order to contact the air from the exhaust duct with external air. The external heat exchanger is installed on the ground which is the external side of the exhaust duct in order to freeze the anti-freezing solution which is heated by the internal air from the exhaust duct. The descending pipe transfers anti-freezing solutions of low temperatures from the external heat exchanger to the circulating pipes. The ascending pipe transfers anti-freezing solutions of high temperatures from the internal heat exchanger to the external heat exchanger.
