<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of reducing a load on a game control board while maintaining an effect of enhancing an interest in a game by diversifying symbol stop display modes in a bonus operation. <P>SOLUTION: In a game machine (1), separately from a main control circuit (71) for controlling game progress, a sub control circuit (72) that controls sub reels (21L, 21C, 21R) is provided. Then, in the sub control circuit (72), when a stop symbol in a BB presentation state 1, whose internal winning combination is a bell, is switched to "a plum (symbol 215)", control for stop-displaying the "plum (symbol 215)" is executed according to reception of a reel stop command.
