Disclosed is a method for implementing click and locate operations of a touch screen, including: setting the positional relation between a touch point and a target point and separating the same; acquiring the position information about the touch point; calculating the position information about the target point according to the set positional relation between the touch point and the target point and in accordance with the acquired position information about the touch point and displaying the position of the target point; and performing a confirm operation according to the displayed position of the target point. Further disclosed is a device for implementing click and locate operations of a touch screen. The present invention can solve the problem that precise click and locate operations are difficult when the distance between operating objects is very small.
