<p>PURPOSE: A periodic channel status reporting setup providing method of a base station, and a periodic channel status information report providing method of user equipment are provided to make each terminal execute scheduling of changing a transmission end and the number of transmission ends for communication according to the state of channel and network status if a CoMP system is introduced in a different kind of network. CONSTITUTION: A CoMP(Cooperative Multi Point) setting unit sets up a CoMP transmission mode(S601). A parameter generation unit generates a parameter indicating a cycle and an offset of a RI(Rank Indication) report and a cycle and an offset of a CQI / PMI report. An RRC(Radio Resource Control) generating unit generates a RRC signaling including parameter(S603). The DL(downlink) transmission part transmits the RRC signaling(S604).
