<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing a user to easily acquire the latest, reliable information on news and advertisement of interest about a specific area. <P>SOLUTION: A GPS locates the area where a distributor is present from longitude and latitude information on the distributor. The distributor sends information and advertisement around his/her present location to wards, cities, prefectures, states, and/or countries that the distributor has selected.
