A femto base station obtains cell information of a neighboring femto base station during a listen mode, and obtains the IP address of the neighboring femto base station from a system for managing the femto base station by using the cell information, so as to set an interface with the neighboring femto base station, wherein the system for managing the femto base station manages a plurality of femto base stations.
