<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current source circuit capable of reducing the temperature dependence of a load circuit and a method of adjusting the same. <P>SOLUTION: A current source circuit 100 includes: an output terminal 3; a terminal 5; N channel MOS transistors NM1 to NMn; a resistor R1, and a selection circuit 1. The N channel MOS transistors NM1 to NMn are connected between the output terminal 3 and terminal 5 in parallel, a constant voltage Vi being applied to their gates, and having different dimensions, respectively. The resistor R1 is connected between the N channel MOS transistors NM1 to NMn and the terminal 5. The selection circuit 1 is connected with the N channel MOS transistors NM1 to NMn in series between the resistor R1 and output terminal 3 and makes any one of the N channel MOS transistors NM1 to NMn output an output current selectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
