<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball catching tool for baseball or soft ball, which effectively prevents slipping of a ball by allowing a resin layer to be deformed along the ball when catching the ball, and enables easy opening/closing operation when catching the ball. <P>SOLUTION: The ball catching tool for baseball or softball includes: a ball receiving surface part 8a including a ball receiving surface for covering the palm side of a user and receiving the ball when the tool is worn; a resin layer 9 selectively formed on the surface of the ball receiving surface part 8a to be deformed along the surface of the ball when the ball is caught; and a back surface part for covering the back side of the hand of the user. On the ball receiving surface part 8a, various kinds of resin layers such as a thick width resin layer 10 and a narrow width resin layer 12 having a projection part 11 may be formed as needed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
