PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-curable hot-melt urethane resin composition suitable for a molded article (hot-melt molding) satisfying demolding properties having excellent productivity in a short time (shortening of crystallization/solidification time), excellent mechanical properties of elasticity and elongation and excellent heat resistance.

SOLUTION: The moisture-curable hot-melt urethane resin composition includes an isocyanate group-terminated urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting a polyol (A) with a polyisocyanate (B) in the presence of an aromatic phosphonic acid metal salt (C) as a crystal nucleating agent and comprises 50-90 pts.mass of an aliphatic polyester polyol (a1) and 10-50 pts.mass of an aromatic polyester polyol (a2) in 100 pts.mass of the polyol (A).
