PURPOSE: A mobile communication relay having an angle diversity antenna function and a configuring method thereof are provided to smoothly perform a call inside an elevator by increasing the quality of the call when the mobile communication relay is arranged inside the elevator. CONSTITUTION: An angle diversity doner antenna(310) is connected to a relay(300). A directional service antenna(320) is connected to the relay. A wave blocking layer blocks a rear signal of the angle diversity doner antenna. The wave blocking layer includes a wave directivity angle and an elevation angle controller for improving reception rate. The repeater relays a signal with an MS(mobile station)(260).
