FERMENTATION CULTURE METHOD FOR SOLID MATERIAL MOTHER CULTURE IN PRODUCTION OF COENZYME Q10

A fermentation culture method for solid material mother culture in production of coenzyme Q10. The strain used in this method is Rhodobacter sphaeroides. Slant strain is used for passaging, and culturing in slant medium; after steam cooking and atmospheric drying, the solid material medium is subpackaged and sterilized, wherein said solid material medium comprises solid material components and liquid components; prepared by mixing fresh slant Rhodobacter sphaeroides strain with sterile water, bacterial suspension is added into the solid material medium, and used as mother culture of first fermentation after culturing. The method of the present invention can raise fermentation level of coenzyme Q10, save fermentation series number, shorten production cycle, simplify production link, and lower production cost.
