[Problem] To provide an adsorbent, adsorption sheet, and carbon/polymer complex for adsorbing a virus whereby the virus adsorption capacity can be further enhanced. [Solution] This adsorbent for adsorbing a virus has a nitrogen BET specific surface area of 10 m2/gram or higher, and a BJH pore volume of 0.1 cm3/gram or higher. This adsorption sheet for adsorbing a virus is provided with a sheet-shaped member composed of a porous carbon material having a nitrogen BET specific surface area of 10 m2/gram or higher, and a BJH pore volume of 0.1 cm3/gram or higher. This carbon/polymer complex for adsorbing a virus is composed of a binder and of a porous carbon material having a nitrogen BET specific surface area of 10 m2/gram or higher, and a BJH pore volume of 0.1 cm3/gram or higher.
