The invention relates to high temperature process lubricants used in metallurgical industry, for example, in drawing steel weldless pipes on pipe-rolling plant (PRP) with continuous condition. According to the invention, lubricant contains graphite, metallic phosphates, liquid glass, silicone fluid GKZh-11 K, detergent, aluminium dihydroxystearate and water, and additionally contains bentonitic clay, and as a graphite – mixture of graphite GLS-1 cryptocrystalline purified and dry colloidal-graphite preparation of C-1 grade at the given components ratio. The lubrication provides: qualitative formation of firm and plastic protective composition on the surface; heat transfer reduction; pipes inner surface damage protection; easy procurance of internal tool; optimum friction performance on the surface internal tool-metal; internal tool surface protection from adhering of scale and workable metal particles. |
