DEVICE FOR ESTIMATING CHARGED STATE OF BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a charged state of a battery with high precision in a simple composition.

SOLUTION: The device for estimating charged state of a battery comprises: a power generator 2 which uses an on-vehicle engine 1 as a drive source and supplies power to a battery 4 and electronic components 5, 6; and control means 10 which determines a charged state of the battery 4. The control means 10 comprises: power generation estimation means 11 which estimates a power generation amount by the power generator 2 on the basis of the number of rotation Ne of the engine 1; power consumption estimation means 12 which estimates a power consumption of the electronic component 5 on the basis of ON/OFF information of the electronic component 5; and calculation means 13 which calculates a power balance amount stored in the battery 4 on the basis of the power generation amount and the power consumption.
