<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee steady freezing point starting of a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: In order to secure energy necessary for an anode scavenging treatment (step S13) and the next freezing point starting, when the next freezing point starting requiring the anode scavenging treatment is predicted (step S3) during the normal power generation (step S2), the charging threshold value of the capacitor at the time of ignition switch-off (step S4: YES) is changed into a larger value (step S9), and charging is carried out by this changed threshold value (step S11). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
