PURPOSE: An encapsulated type plant cultivating apparatus is provided to enable users to easily observe the growth of plants, and to simplify the structure of the apparatus using a water film. CONSTITUTION: An encapsulated type plant cultivating apparatus comprises the following: a water film formation unit(120) installed on a frame(110) for forming an encapsulated type water film in a semi-sphere shape by spraying liquid through a nozzle to the lower side; a water storage housing(130) including a water storage for storing the liquid sprayed from the nozzle(121); a container mounting unit(140) for mounting a cultivation container including plants; and an outlet formed on one side of the water storage housing for discharging the liquid. The water film formation unit includes a feeding pipe(129) supplying the liquid to the nozzle, and a pump unit(128) pumping the liquid to the feeding pipe.
