PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hair band and the hair band manufactured thereby are provided to facilitate washing and to prevent the separation of a front cover and a rear cover. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hair band is as follows. A core is made of synthetic resin having elasticity(S1). A front cover member and a rear cover member made of elastic synthetic resin are prepared(S2). The outer circumference of the front cover member and rear cover member are thermally fused by a high frequency mold(S3). A punching protrusion formed by the high frequency mold punctures only the rear cover member(S4). The hair band is formed in the shape of an arc(S5). |
