<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain regulation of the slide movement from being released in a seat slide device, when adjusting an inclination of a seat back via operation of a first operation lever. <P>SOLUTION: This seat device for a vehicle includes the seat back, a lock mechanism, the seat slide device 69, and a switching limiting mechanism. The seat back tilts to a seat cushion, with an operation shaft 16A as a fulcrum, with a seating area and a forward falling area as a tilting area. The lock mechanism can switch a lock state of regulating tilting of the seat back to the seat cushion and the unlocking state of allowing the tilting by the rotational movement of the operation shaft 16A corresponding to operation of the first operation lever 61 and a second operation lever. The seat slide device 69 regulates and releases the slide movement of the seat cushion. The switching limiting mechanism limits switching of the lock state and the unlocking state by the lock mechanism only when the seat back tilts in the seating area in the operation of the first operation lever 61. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
