<p>The device has a turbine for generating electrical energy from flow (41) of wind energy produced at a wall (W) of a building. A support (30) and a cover are provided for fastening the turbine to the wall. A turbulence chamber is connected upstream of the turbine for reinforcing helicity of the flow of wind energy. The turbine has a stator with a cage that is aligned towards the chamber and a rotor with rotor blades, where the rotor is rotated around a rotational axis. The turbine has a turbine blade whose inclination is adjusted opposite to physical rotational axis of the rotor.</p> |
