<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of enhancing and stabilizing image density on an output image even when variation in fluidity of toner occurs without greatly increasing manufacturing cost of toner. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises: a magnetic sensor 85 detecting permeability of developer accommodated inside a developing device 14; a controller 80 obtaining toner concentration of the developer from a detection result of the magnetic sensor 85; and a toner supplying mechanism 59 transferring and supplying toner accommodated in a toner container 20 toward the developing device 14 based on a toner concentration result obtained by the controller 80. The controller 80 corrects the toner concentration of the developer obtained from the detection result of the magnetic sensor 85 based on information associated with fluidity of the toner accommodated in the toner container 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
