<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil in water type eyelash cosmetic showing a good cosmetic durability and good usability (adherence and persistence of curling power). <P>SOLUTION: This oil in water type eyelash cosmetic is provided by blending (a) a 1 to 20 mass% pentaerythritol ester having 30 to 45°C melting point, e.g. tetra(behenic acid/benzoic acid/ethylhexanoic acid)pentaerythritol, (b) 5 to 35 mass% wax and (c) a 5 to 45 mass% water soluble coating agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
