<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for finely adjusting a voltage applied to an element. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage adjustment device for supplying a DC voltage to an element includes a first supply circuit for supplying a first voltage to a high potential side terminal of the element, and a second supply circuit for supplying a second voltage smaller than the first voltage to a low potential side terminal of the element. Also, the voltage adjustment device for supplying the DC voltage to a plurality of elements includes the first supply circuit for supplying the first voltage to the respective high potential side terminals of the plurality of elements and the second supply circuit for supplying a plurality of voltages depending on characteristics of the plurality of elements, which are smaller than the first voltage, respectively to the respective low potential side terminals of the plurality of elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
