The multimedia broadcast and multicast service controlling apparatus may receive MCCH information, may periodically update a service list of a mobile terminal based on the received MCCH information, the service list listing services that are providable, may register a service in a pending list when the service is not included in the updated service list and is requested to be provided, and may provide the service registered in the pending list when the mobile terminal reaches a location where the mobile terminal may provide the service registered in the pending list. |
