<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator side to promptly recognize each user when being connected with a plurality of users. <P>SOLUTION: An operator information terminal comprises: a call part 302 for performing a voice call with a user information terminal; a display part 305 for displaying display information concerning an interactive service; an interface control part 204a for constructing GUI including a list of moving images 305b transmitted from each user information terminal 1 and an interface 305d to start and execute an application within a window of the display part 305; and an input interface 308 for performing an operation to the GUI.
