<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable mechanical fixing means to a porous implant with the avoidance of a wear particle product in the operation and/or fixation of an implant. <P>SOLUTION: In an implant 1 which has a molded body, an average porosity P<SB POS="POST">2</SB>of green state titanium foam 8 is higher than an average porosity P<SB POS="POST">1</SB>of the implant 1 and is higher than an average porosity P<SB POS="POST">3</SB>of an enhancement layer 9. The range of the average porosity P<SB POS="POST">2</SB>of a prime site 2 is 30-90%.
