AN ACCUMULATIVE FATIGUE CALCULATING METHOD FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A method for calculating the accumulated fatigue degree of construction equipment is provided to accurately calculate accumulated fatigue of construction equipment based on the displacement signal and work load of components of the construction equipment. CONSTITUTION: A method for calculating the accumulated fatigue degree of construction equipment is as follows. A reference pattern is prepared by sorting work patterns based on obtained data(S100). The loads applied to components of construction equipment are measured, and the standard fatigue degree of each work is calculated(S150). When a work that is the same as the prepared reference pattern is performed, the accumulated fatigue degree of the construction equipment is calculated based on the calculated standard fatigue degree(S200).
