PURPOSE: A ladle refining apparatus is provided to reduce the consumption of electrodes in refining work and reduce the number of the replacement times of the electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A ladle refining apparatus comprises a furnace housing member(10), a furnace ceiling member, a sub material input unit, and a cooling water spraying unit(40). A spaced and an inlet for a ladle furnace(1) are formed in the furnace housing member. The furnace ceiling member is placed on the upper part of the space of the furnace housing member. The furnace ceiling member is lifted by a lift unit and is coupled with multiple electrodes. The sub material input unit is installed on the upper part of the furnace housing member and puts the sub material into the inside of the ladle furnace. The cooling water spraying unit is placed on the inner wall of the furnace housing member. |
