<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting element in which heat dissipation is enhanced and the structure of the organic light-emitting element is simplified. <P>SOLUTION: A second flexible substrate 2, a first electrode 3, an organic light-emitting body 4, and a second electrode 5 are laminated sequentially on a first flexible substrate 1. A heat transmitting filler 6 is formed at a part of the first electrode 3 in contact with the organic light-emitting body 4, a part of the second electrode 5 in contact with the organic light-emitting body 4, and around the organic light-emitting body 4. The organic light-emitting body 4 is embedded in the heat transmitting filler 6.
