It is known by the consumers products like: Soda Water, Spring Carbonated Water, Pepsi, etc. that: 1- After several screwing inns / screwing outs the beverage liquids loose the gas or the internal energy and the initial test is not the same 2- In order to handle a two liter plastic bottles two hands are required. These issues are solved by using the PAVAL SYPHON: A devise consisting of a support on which is bolted a body that has installed inside a check valve. A levers system that at one end can open the check valve by means of a force that is produced by user's finger thumb. At the other end this levers system is connected with a thin rod that is pressed into the cap button of a handle. The handle is crewed into the main body. When the top button is pressed down against an elastic coil spring, the levers system opens the check valve that allows the liquid from the plastic bottle to flow to the out nozzle. The invention described hereafter can be used for any beverage bottled in plastic bottles of two liters of less, having the same interchangeable female thread and can be handled with only one hand offering the consumers a modem means in handling these type of plastic bottles. The design offers to all consumers a modern means of utilizing all carbonated beverages sold in plastic bottles that totally eliminates the loss of potential energy given by the carbon dioxide due to their total sealing with the atmosphere and therefore eliminates the need to open and re-open such bottles.
