<p>PURPOSE: A shock absorbing sheet for improving body balance and blood flow is provided to alleviate unbalance of muscles and skeleton by absorbing a shock. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorbing sheet for improving body balance and blood flow comprises a base, buffer members(200), an absorbing body, and a sensor is included. In the base, a plurality of first penetration holes is formed. A plurality of buffer members supports the base and forms a first buffer space buffing external pressure. A second penetration hole is formed between the first buffer space and outside. The absorbing body is connected to the lower part of the first post of the buffer member. The sensor senses pressure or temperature applied to a plurality of the buffer members.</p> |
