摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variation in output signals to variation in manufacture of a magnetic type position detector, and enable easy manufacture at low cost, and to improve characteristics of the detector. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic type position detector 80 comprises: a substrate 1; a magnet 4; a bridge circuit 20 including a first to a fourth magnetoelectric transducer 2a-2d formed on the substrate 1; and a detection circuit 30. The surface of the substrate 1 is almost perpendicular to a magnetization direction of the magnet 4. The second and the third magnetoelectric transducer 2b and 2c are disposed on a straight line that is parallel to a straight line perpendicular to the magnetization direction of the magnet 4 and perpendicular to a travel direction of a magnetic moving body 100 and that passes through the central point of the poles of the magnet 4 when viewed along the magnetization direction of the magnet 4, or disposed in the vicinity thereof. The first and the fourth magnetoelectric transducer 2a and 2d are disposed when not facing to the magnetic moving body 100, so that an in-plane component of an applied magnetic field on the substrate 1 is almost as same as those of the second and the third magnetoelectric transducer 2b and 2c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
