<p>Disclosed is a liposome lyophilized composition of a water soluble drug and a preparation process thereof. The liposome lyophilized composition comprises a water-soluble drug, phospholipid, a polyethylene glycol derived phospholipid, a cholesterol and a cryoprotectant, wherein the cryoprotectant comprises a saccharide cryoprotectant and a cryoprotectant of cyclodextrin or cyclodextrin derivatives. The entrapment rate of the liposome lyophilized composition of the water soluble drug is = 90%.</p> |
