FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: technique is based on measuring a blood plasma interleukin IL-8 and/or IL-18 RNA level and comparing an IL-8 and/or IL-18 RNA presentation level and a reference transcript presentation level. The technique is implemented by using reverse transcription and a real-time polymerase chain reaction. The ABL and/or HPRT and/or IL lb RNA are used as reference transcripts. The result is considered to be positive if observing a ten times difference of the IL-8 and HPRT RNA presentation levels. ^ EFFECT: using the declared technique enables early diagnosis of breast cancer. ^ 1 ex, 1 dwg
