PURPOSE: A method for coupling a vehicle body frame for a small electric vehicle is provided to minimize the effect of galvanic corrosion when coupling aluminum alloy components to high-tension steel pipe components. CONSTITUTION: A method for coupling a vehicle body frame for a small electric vehicle is as follows. An inverted L-shaped joint part of a pair of high-tension steel pipe is CO2 welded to form an inverted L-shaped front pillar(3). A structural adhesive is spread on a joint part between a high-tension steel pipe under frame(2) and an aluminum alloy center pillar(6), the adhesion part is fastened with a structural rivet, and the structural adhesive is hardened. A connecting member(8a) is CO2 welded to the horizontal and vertical intersecting parts of high-tension steel pipe rear pillars(8). A structural adhesive is spread on a joint part between the high-tension steel pipe under frame and an aluminum alloy rear longitudinal connector(7) of the high-tension steel pipe rear pillars, the joint part is fastened with bolts, and the structural adhesive is hardened.
