<p>PURPOSE: A waste vinyl reproducing extruder is provided to automatically recycle a vinyl chip because the vinyl chip of a large volume is compulsively provided to reproduce an inlet portion of a screw feeder by a guide feeder and waste vinyl forcibly feeding unit. CONSTITUTION: A waste vinyl reproducing extruder comprises a hopper(11), a screw feeder(13), a heater(14), a discharge mold(15), a waste vinyl forcibly feeding unit(30), and a guide feeder(20). The screw feeder transfers a vinyl chip by using an inner screw of a cylinder. The heater surrounds the cylinder of the feeder. The heater heats the vinyl chip, thereby creating liquid. The discharge mold is installed in the end part of the screw feeder and the waste vinyl forcibly feeding unit oppressively supplies the vinyl chip to an inlet portion(12). The guide feeder pushes the vinyl chip to the waste vinyl forcibly feeding unit.</p> |
