PURPOSE: A portable karaoke system, a karaoke method, and an application program thereof are provided to use hardware of a mobile device and couple a speaker device with an application when the portable karaoke system is made. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter extension device(112) is electrically connected to a transmitter mobile device(111). The transmitter extension device processes an echo of a voice signal of the transmitter mobile device. A receiver extension device(122) is electrically connected to a receiver mobile device. The receiver extension device mixes a music signal of the receiver mobile device with the voice signal of the transmitter extension device.
