PURPOSE: A hopper sealing apparatus is provided to prevent raw material or dust from flowing out through a gap by blocking a storage bin and a hopper, thereby preventing facility pollutant or environmental pollutant. CONSTITUTION: A hopper sealing apparatus(10) comprises a storage bin, an air tube(12), and an accumulator(14). The storage bin stores raw material. The air tube is installed along a gap between a hopper(110) and the storage bin. The hopper is installed in the lower end of the storage bin. The air tube is expanded by internal gas pressure to be adhered in between the storage bin and the hopper. The accumulator supplies gas to the air tube to maintain expansion pressure of the air tube.
