The device has a manipulator (3) associated to a holder unit (1), and a working plane (4) formed between the manipulator and the holder unit. The holder unit and the manipulator are connected over a guidance system (5), where the guidance system comprises guide surfaces (6-8) aligned parallel to the working plane. The manipulator comprises a nozzle strip (14) attached to a salt water supply (13). A heat radiator e.g. infrared radiator, aligned to the working plane is associated to the holder unit, and an UV radiator (21) is aligned to the working plane.
