PURPOSE: A device for measuring alignment of shafts in both sides is provided to accurately figure out a degree of a dislocation between both shafts by the minimum rotations of the both shafts because a flange of the shaft in an opponent side is continuously measured. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring alignment of shafts in both sides comprises a measuring unit(100) and a terminal unit(200). The measuring unit is installed in the one between a first shaft(10) and a second shaft(20), thereby measuring a gap and a value of a dislocation between the both shafts at a specific position when the first and second shafts rotate. The terminal unit calculates information related the specific position, the value of the dislocation between the both shafts, the gap of the both shafts received from the measuring unit, thereby indicating a degree, a direction, a position of the dislocation of the both shafts.
