PURPOSE: A tube valve is provided to reduce fatigue level of a tube and to make contact with the tube become flexible by applying pressure to the tube by a linear motion of an outer wheel. CONSTITUTION: A tube valve comprises a base(1), a tube(5), a cam(2), an outer wheel(3), and an actuator(4). The base comprises a vertical uneven part(11) and a horizontal uneven part(12). The tube is inserted in the vertical uneven part of the base. The cam is inserted in the horizontal uneven part. The outer wheel surrounds the outer circumference of the cam. The actuator is connected to the cam through a rotary shaft(41) in order to rotate the cam. The rotational motion of the cam is changed to the linear motion of the outer wheel to pressurize the tube by the outer wheel so that flow of fluid in the tube is controlled.
