PURPOSE: A color lighting device by using a color therapy system and a method thereof are provided to enhance a utilization ratio of psychotherapy or tool by utilizing daily tool as the color lighting device. CONSTITUTION: A color lighting device by using a color therapy system comprises a communications unit, an input unit, storage, a controlling unit, a power unit, and lighting parts(550). The communications unit transmits and receives data from a color treatment system server. The input unit is input operation instruction of the color lighting device from a user. The storage stores private data for color treatment. The private data includes at least one of the following data: private color preference, private character inclination, sensitivity information, and color sensitiveness index. The controlling unit controls in order to output color lighting according to usage mode by using private data. The power unit supplies power source to the color lighting device. The lighting parts output color wavelength and brightness according to control command of the controlling unit.
