PURPOSE: A 3D moving picture display method and a stereoscopic image display device thereof are provided to copy a first sub frame data in the (N+1)th frame data to a first sub frame location of the Nth frame data. CONSTITUTION: A stereoscopic image display device determines a inter frame motion of 3D image data(S1~S3). When the 3D image data is a moving picture, the device calculates the motion direction and motion speed of the Nth frame data(S4). The device copies a first sub frame data of the (N+1)th frame to a first sub frame location of the Nth frame(S5). When the 3D image data is a still image, the device maintains the first sub frame data of the Nth frame in an original location(S6).
